I admit, I am not a top chef by any stretch of the imagination. Until very recently, I abhorred cooking. I just started doing it to eat healthier and to have something to take up my time. I am still learning–a lot–about this art. I do refer to this wonderful chart throughout the week, if not daily, mostly for conversions. It has more than that though. It has freezer lifespans for different meats, cooking times for basic foods… you really have to get it if you cook on a regular basis at all.

It is a huge magnet, it takes up about a third of my freezer door, if not more, but the amount of information they pack into that space is phenomenal. I really can’t recommend it enough. $12 well spent, in my opinion.
